About the programme

The Sharing Sensory Stories Summer events are part of Sensory Storytelling, our three-year programme which brings the magic of author visits and the many benefits of books and sensory storytelling to children and young people in Scotland.

These events have been designed for children with additional support needs in mind and can be easily tailored to meet the requirements of the children in your setting. Our Scottish Book Trust team are also on hand to support you with the events and are happy to provide advice, guidance, or discuss any requirements in advance of the event, to ensure your children and young people get the most out of the experience.
