Reading Schools Week(this link will open in a new window) kicks off in style with a virtual event featuring award-winning children’s author Alastair Chisholm(this link will open in a new window), author of We Are Dragon(this link will open in a new window), which is the third instalment in the thought-provoking and bold dystopian sci-fi adventure series that includes I am Wolf and I am Raven.
In this event, Alastair will talk about his writing, his love of books and how he became an author, and will even read from his new book, We Are Dragon. This fun and interactive event is sure to spark pupils’ imaginations and support reading for pleasure in the classroom.
