After five brilliant years, the What's Your Story? programme has now come to an end. This page contains information about the programme, the teenage writers and illustrators involved, and our new offering for young writers and creators. If you've come to this page looking for the old What's Your Story? site and have any questions, please feel free to get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org(this will open in a new window).
What’s Your Story? – what we did
There were three major strands to What’s Your Story? At its core was StoryBoard, a development programme that was a year-long ‘crash course’ in living and working as a writer and illustrator in Scotland for 7 young people.
We also ran Storymag, an online magazine for 13–19-year-old writers and illustrators from around Scotland.
StoryCon, Scotland’s top teen creative writing and illustration event, was planned by the teens who were part of our StoryBoard. You can find videos from our most recent StoryCon on our Young Writers page.
