One writing assessment. Two hours. Three sheets of paper. Time melting away like candle wax. I imagined an elephant. Ivory tusks gleaming in the safari sun. Her movement wove stories: the starry glint in her eyes whispering history no one could capture on paper. I suddenly knew what to write.

The elegant elephant twirls down the stairs. Step by step, he wears what he wears. A bright pink tutu and shoes of gold. His orange glasses that never get old. Necklaces, bangles and rings in his ears. The elegant elephant wears what he wears.
