An international prize-winning novelist, Ron Butlin is also a former Edinburgh Poet Laureate / Makar. He has published nearly 20 books including novels and poetry as well as verse and adventure novels for children. He has given readings and talks worldwide. His work has been translated into a dozen languages. He is an entertaining after dinner speaker.
