Karen is a children’s picture book illustrator from Perthshire. She studied illustration and printmaking at DJCAD, Dundee and post grads at Edinburgh Uni, and Stirling Uni.

Karen enjoys working with children of all ages and can offer learning opportunities in the form of practical, activity based workshops, or presentations. Karen is also happy to offer talks, lectures and workshops for adults and art students. If you have an idea for a workshop/activity/event you would be interested in discussing, Karen would be happy to hear from you.

Karen is a qualified Art & Design teacher with over 20 years teaching experience in Scottish secondaries. She has also taught art in primary and in Further Education.
