My novels are contemporary thrillers set in modern Scotland. They deal with ordinary people thrown into extraordinary circumstances. They are fast paced and no-nonsense but with a strong emotional undercurrent. I've been doing book events of all kinds since my first novel in 2006. These have included regular panels and discussions, readings, as well as creative writing workshops for festivals, schools, libraries, prisons and more.
