I am an illustrator and writer based in Orkney. I have been freelance for 16 years since graduating from NCAD, Dublin. I am a born and bred Orcadian who loves the outdoors and all things farm related. I wrote my first book Made Up Muck? to help youngsters understand where their food comes from. Since then I have been involved in a broad variety of traditional and self-published titles. I feel humour is very important in this world and can be a great vehicle in terms of education and inspiration. Furthermore, I love showing people the powerful role illustration can play in communication.

I look forward to sharing more with your group, class, organisation or individuals in the near future.
