Brigid is passionate about meaningful connections across community.

Whether we live in an isolated township, a sprawling city or perhaps an institution, our surroundings and our journeys influence us deeply.

As a writer Brigid digs deep to explore how we connect with our surroundings and communities in a meaningful, respectful way. And why is that important? Brigid's award winning books, media features, talks and workshops explore this passion!

Brigid is instinctively curious. She loves to engage with people, to hear stories that reveal unique and shared experiences. This insight lends authentic flavour to her vibrant and distinctive work.

As a Creative Director, Brigid offers the benefit of experience in professional theatre and television. She offers unique circle journey workshops in which she guides participants to explore themes creatively and meaningfully, often culminating in a devised performance shared with an invited audience. The experience is life affirming, empowering and transformational. Brigid welcomes the opportunity to share this powerful creative work in residential institutions, e.g. prisons, and across community.

Brigid is a qualified Mental Health First Aider with experience of working creatively with diverse groups, especially people in recovery from addiction to alcohol and substance abuse. Please discover more on her website.
