This workshop is all about finding self-expression at any stage of your writing journey. It is not about academic excellence or literary structure; it offers journaling and prompted writing scenarios that build on life experience and internal dialogue in search of a regular writing ritual.
Bev Schofield is a passenger boat captain and college lecturer who has been running writing-for-wellbeing courses with Lapidus Scotland since 2016.
