[email protected]Four indie authors discuss what success has meant for them and how, in keeping with Book Week Scotland’s theme of Friendship, they’ve found help and support on their self-publishing journey.
Jane Anderson, EWF chair and one of the Edinburgh Women's Fiction Festival founders is about to publish her third novel, multi-award-winning author Jayne Castel has written more than fifty epic Historical and Fantasy Romance novels, V.E.H. Masters has just completed an award-winning series, The Seton Chronicles, and debut author Helen Graham's second novel set in the world of 19th century Scottish theatre is due out next spring. Each author has a different experience of self-publishing and differences in what drives them to write. Together they will attempt to de-mystify what is fast becoming a main stream publishing option.
