Jenny Robertson’s books range from poetry to children’s books; mental health issues; Scottish-focussed material; Russia and Poland. Her latest, Ukraine: a personal exploration before Putin's war, was launched this August. Jenny studied Polish and Russian language and literature, and lived and worked in both countries, so brings in-depth knowledge to her travels in Ukraine.

Sarah Byrom’s Marmalade, Raspberries & Albrecht is an illustrated memoir and collection of short stories, poems, and recipes – and a tribute to her mother, Connie Byrom, sociologist, author, Chair of the Friends of the City Art Centre. Sarah is a foster carer with Aberlour, which supports struggling families and all donations go to them.

Chikamso Kanu, our youngest author, likes writing because he has a big imagination: evident in his first published book, The Official Gang, which he illustrated himself. Chikamso will use half the royalties from sales to support children in need, especially those negatively impacted by 'gang' activities.

Anne writes dialogue-rich historical romance with lashings of humour and a swirl of mystery. Currently writing for DC Thomson, Anne will discuss writing short novels and long serials for the popular market. Anne is a member of the Romantic Novelists' Association and the Edinburgh Writers' Club.
