Set in Corstorphine in 1679, The Maiden is inspired by real life events and is a remarkable story with a feminist revolutionary twist, giving voice to women otherwise silenced by history.
Kate will be discussing her book and the research that she conducted about the Corstorphine area.
The event will run for 45 minutes plus 15 minutes for questions.
