Andrew Pettigrew is a young writer and poet who currently lives in Scotland with his family and dogs. Deafblind and proud, he has won awards such as the Pushkin Prizes, the Young Poets of the Year Award, and was shortlisted for the and BBC Young Reporter competition and the Young Walter Scott Prize. He has collaborated with the Poetry Society, the Scottish Poetry Library, and Pitlochry Festival Theatre, and is set to release his first short film. Apart from his writing, Andrew enjoys rock music, inappropriate jokes and pineapple pizza.
