Scottish Friendly Children's Book Tour: The Worries with Jion Sheibani

Part of Mental Health Awareness Week

Registrations to watch this event live are now closed. This page is for information only. Don't worry if you forgot to sign up, you'll be able to catch up through our on demand library shortly after the event has taken place.

Join author and illustrator, Jion Sheibani, for an inspiring and heartfelt digital event, including a reading, a sneak peek around her studio and a creative draw along. There will be interactive games to play along to, which aim to open the conversation surrounding the worries children can feel in an entertaining, fun and accessible format. Plus, there are also activities to take away after the session is over.

All you need is a piece of paper and something to draw with! Jion will also answer some of your pupils’ questions, so don’t forget to send these in advance.

Following the latest Coronavirus restrictions, this live virtual event will go ahead with a limited schools audience. We'll then share a recording of the event on our website to watch on demand. Applications are open to anyone who wants to join live.
