Scottish Friendly Children's Book Tour: Rocketmole

Applications for Rocketmole with Matt Carr are now closed. We'll share a recording to watch on demand after the live event takes place.

Matt Carr's Rocketmole is the quirky and hilarious story of Armstrong the star-nosed mole and his adventure to reach the moon! Amazingly, the illustrations reflect the REAL spacecraft and equipment used to reach the moon.

Pupils will love the story's message: you can inspire others if you try hard enough to make your dreams come true, and adventures are always better when your friends come along.

Matt will read Rocketmole, tell you his fascinating and hilarious moon facts, show you how to draw Armstrong the mole, and answer all your burning questions about... well, anything!

Following the latest Coronavirus restrictions, this live virtual event will go ahead with a limited schools audience. We'll then share a recording of the event on our website to watch on demand. Applications are open to anyone who wants to join live.
