Tom Percival is the author and illustrator of many well-loved picture books about wellbeing. These include Ruby's Worry, The Dream Team series and The Invisible, which was longlisted for the 2022 Yoto Kate Greenaway Medal!
In these events, Tom will share some of his stories with your pupils and show through his beautiful, thought-provoking stories how we can learn to understand and look after our emotions and feelings. Tom will also lead interactive activities on drawing emotions and share some of the innovative illustration processes behind his books. Make sure to have paper and pencils ready to join in!
These events are aimed at P1–4 (ages 4–7) and can be tailored to any audience size with presentations for whole/multiple year groups or smaller workshops for class size groups. Tom may also be able to run bespoke illustration sessions for older pupils. Please indicate your preferences in your application.
