Join actress and writer Cerrie Burnell to explore her fantastic non-fiction title I am Not a Label: 34 Disabled Artists, Thinkers, Athletes, and Activists from Past and Present and celebrate disabled lives and stories from history to the present day. The event will be available to watch online for those registered from Tuesday 18 January as part of the Inclusive Stories festival.

In this fascinating event, Cerrie will share the stories of role models from the book, discussing their unique stories, the challenges they faced, and why she chose to include them. This event will inspire young people to find out more about disabled innovators, advocates and makers and empower students to become the trailblazers of tomorrow.

Audience: P4+ (ages 8+). Please note our audience guidelines should be used as a rough guide only. We encourage you to share events with pupils of all ages and stages if you think they'd enjoy taking part!
