Researching and writing non-fiction

Join us for an informative workshop full of useful tips on researching and writing non-fiction with Margaret Bowman.

Margaret Bowman is the President of Angus Writers' Circle and also the Secretary of Tay Writers Dundee. Margaret has received awards in poetry, non-fiction for articles and book presentations and sketch writing with the Scottish Association of Writers. Recent inclusions in anthologies include the University of Dundee Botanic Garden and Angus Writers. Margaret also writes the theatre reviews for Abbey Theatre Club Arbroath and Carnoustie Theatre Club published in the Angus County Press.

Margaret's non-fiction book titled The Lost Airfields of Angus was published in November 2021 and she is now working on her second book provisionally titled The Wartime Defences of the Tay Estuary.
