Join us during Book Week Scotland for a creative poetry workshop with leading Highlands-based writer George Gunn. George Gunn is from Thurso, Caithness. In 2021 he published his 10th book of poems Chronicles of The First Light (Drunk Muse Press). His second novel The Vinegar Wind will appear in 2022. He has had over 50 plays produced for stage and radio, the latest are Call Me Mister Bullfinch (The Royal Lyceum Theatre commission) and The Fallen Angels of the Moine (Dogstar Theatre, 2022). He writes for the magazine Bella Caledonia. He is currently the Caithness Makar with Lyth Arts Centre.
