Peter Mortimer – Journeys

To help us celebrate Book Week Scotland 2022, we are delighted to welcome Glasgow historian and author Peter Mortimer to Bridgeton Library. Peter Mortimer delivers talks and has written a number of books detailing the progression of our city, its many industries and the colourful characters who have created our unique culture.

Glasgow's public transport operations have had a colourful history and this evening Peter will give us an insight into the modes of transport used in Glasgow over the years.

There will also be an opportunity to ask Peter some questions afterwards.
