Have you always wanted to write? Perhaps you have a story to tell or a poem to share?
This session will help to develop your creative writing skills, using simple techniques and writing prompts, so you can also experience the benefits of creative writing for wellbeing.
You don't have to have any experience of writing to take part. It's all about gathering together in a safe and supportive group to share stories and make connections. There is no wrong or right way to do it – you just do what suits you.
