Donald MacDonald is Caithness born and bred, growing up in the close-knit farming community. A community full of characters, stories and anecdotes made for relating! He decided to commit these memories and stories to print whilst receiving treatment in hospital for leukemia in 2020 over 90 days, and the result is delightful excursion into his childhood and daily life in rural Caithness.

Come along to Bettyhill Library to hear Donald in person relating his stories through conversation with good friend, Ian Leith. Home baking and a cuppa supplied!
