Books for a Better Life

A fierce but fun battle of the books as Scot Squad actor Karen Bartke squares up against Inverness author Barbara Henderson to recommend their favourite life-enhancing book in five different categories. Holding the book jackets will be local radio star Grace Nicoll who confesses to have lost the reading habit because of a busy work schedule.

This event takes place at Waterstones Bookshop in Inverness and is being recorded as a special edition of the Ways to Wellbeing podcast. Also on hand will be author and former Head of BBC Radio Scotland, Jeff Zycinski, who now manages the Partnerships for Wellbeing charity.
