LISA BALLANTYNE is the internationally bestselling author of five novels. Her debut, The Guilty One, was nominated for the Edgar Allan Poe Award and translated into thirty languages. It was also a Richard and Judy favourite. Lisa's other novels are Good Bad Love, Little Liar, and Once Upon a Lie. Her new novel, The Innocent One, is the sequel to her debut. She lives in Glasgow, Scotland.
Lisa will speak about shining a light on dark corners in her writing, where she often chooses difficult subject matter. She will speak about her common themes of nature and nurture, memory and how the past influences the present.
