Join Harry Josephine Giles in conversation as she delves into the deep history of trans literature.

Three years after the New York Times heralded 'the coming of age of transgender literature', Harry Josephine Giles looks at the past and current landscape of trans literature. This author talk will be preceded by a writing workshop led by Josie around the theme of trans joy. The workshop is a safe space exclusively for trans and non binary folk. This workshop is not a space for cis people, but all are welcome to attend the talk.

Harry Josephine Giles is a writer and performer from Orkney. Her latest book, Deep Wheel Orcadia, is a novel in verse in the Orcadian dialect. Josie will be joined in conversation by Milo Crenshaw.

Workshop (trans and non binary only): 6.00pm – 7.30pm

Author talk (all welcome): 8.00pm – 9.00pm
