Perhaps you’ve written a poem, or a short story, or a game or comic, and now you’re wondering what to do with it. Then this is the workshop for you!

Two Rats Press will be working with Axe Marnie to discuss the concepts around how you present your work. We’ll be looking at printing processes, zine making, illustration (for any drawing level) and creative solutions to limited resources. We believe in the power of making things thoughtfully, whether as a unique piece of art or as something that you intend to distribute, as part of the editing process! We hope that by discussing tools and skill sharing we can help participants celebrate their work and words in its presentation and ownership.

Two Rats Press is a micro risograph press based in Edinburgh, focused on platforming queer voices in comics, table top roleplaying games, poetry and zines.

Axe Marnie is a Scottish comic artist and poet. They were a recipient of the MICE comics micro-grant in 2020 and an RSL Literature Matters award in 2021.
