Survivors Library invites you to a zine-making workshop on Zoom for survivors of any trauma, abuse, or assault. We’ll guide you step by step in how to make a zine, a home-made publication easily made with a single sheet of paper and any writing materials you have, and introduce you to Scotland’s vibrant zine culture. Zines made in the workshop will be compiled into a pamphlet to be published after the event.

This event is an opportunity for survivors to define their own narrative, and contribute to a future where they are better supported and less stigmatised. We’re incorporating the Book Week Scotland theme of "Future" by guiding participants to create messages to their former and future selves, focusing on hopes, aspirations, and healing through writing and visual art.
