This November, as part of Book Week Scotland, join our digital gallery tour with Chief Chebe as he takes you on two African storytelling adventures at the National Museum of Scotland. With the help of his drum, and a lot of enthusiasm, join Chief Chebe for a unique opportunity to explore the museum after-hours with your family, sharing his love of its objects and bringing their stories to life.

For teachers, these sessions can be enjoyed by your class and used to explore the art of storytelling with your pupils. Ideal for First Level primary pupils, with extension activities available on our website.

The short films will be available on National Museums Scotland’s website (this will open in a new window)on Monday 16 and Wednesday 18 November at 19:00, and will also be available to watch afterwards.

Accessibility information: Please contact the organiser in advance.
