Cell workout is a bodyweight training session devised from a prison cell but accessible to anyone who wants to get fit in a small space using no specialist equipment. Please note that this is an interactive workout session and dress accordingly, wearing loose clothing and appropriate footwear. Taking part in exercise carries risks and you should not participate in an activity that you have been advised against. If you register to attend this session you are declaring that to the best of your knowledge, you know of no reason why you should not participate in physical activity. You understand that you undertake the physical activity at YOUR OWN RISK. You agree to abide by any safety or instruction provided by the instructor on the night. The workout session is from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. Short break for refreshments from 7.00pm to 7.15pm followed by an author talk with LJ from 7.15pm to 8.15pm about his journey devising his workout session from a prison cell, starting his own business and how he now helps others that are now in the situation he was once in. £5 for the workout session and talk. This event is for adults and teenagers who are interested in getting fit using no specialist equipment. Refreshments will be available after the workout session at 7.00pm. LJ's talk will start at 7.15pm.
