What does 'blether' mean to you? Idle talk? Gossip? Or a dialogue that connects friends, neighbours and strangers?
Tom Murray, award-winning playwright, fiction writer and poet, will lead a writing workshop that shows that 'blether' can be an essential tool in storytelling, whether the form is fiction, drama or poetry.
This workshop is suitable for beginners or the more experienced writer, and is aimed at writers aged 16+ . Please book to ensure your place.
The Chambers Institute is open throughout the day – please feel free to visit and use the library and museum services.
The building has lift access to the library. Public toilets are available. There is no designated parking but there are various car parks in town, the closest being behind the Eastgate Theatre. Toilets and a hearing loop are also available.
