I've written and drawn pages for many well known publications including The Dandy, Beano, Topper, Beezer, Hotspur and the Sunday Post. I illustrated the Whaur's Oor Wullie book, looking at many of Scotland's favourite places, the Carnoustie Golf Club's anniversary book, and two self-published books, Nessie's Adventures and a story about a clootie dumpling called Clootie McToot.

I'm working on my own creation at the moment, Spaceman Tam. Many years ago, a spaceship full of Scottish folk landed somewhere in outer space - let's drop in on them and see how they're doing.

My illustrated talk and workshop involves me drawing and chatting about comics, encouraging my audience to draw along with me. I have a portfolio full of comic artwork, and there is a story to go with each drawing. I finish with a What Happens Next? picture, always stressing that it's a bit of fun, no worrying allowed.

I visit art societies, schools, Dundee and St Andrews Universities; with recent events in Glasgow including the Wee Write family day in the Mitchell Library Theatre and the European Championships on Glasgow Green.
