Janice Galloway is a highly acclaimed author of novels, short stories, non-fiction and collaborative works with sculptors, painters, musicians, typographers and photographers (her poetry work is in collaboration with music, sculptors and song). She has been a writer for over 30 years and is currently translating the opera Pelleas and Melisande - a rather strange love story - for first performance at Byre Opera.
