David Goodman is a novelist and short story writer who works in a range of genres, from spy novels to space operas. He grew up in and around Edinburgh and started writing in his early teens. After studying at the University of Aberdeen he lived and worked in Aberdeen, London and Edinburgh. His debut novel, A Reluctant Spy, is out now from Headline Books. He lives in East Lothian with his family.
