I have experience of leading workshops and tutorials for university students and high school pupils. In the past, these sessions have focused on introducing young people to creative writing and I have used various exercises and prompts to encourage their practice. I have also taught undergraduate literature classes, leading conversations around fiction, poetry, and drama, as well as providing feedback on critical essays.

In promoting my novels, I have been involved in book groups, public readings, panel discussions and Q&As.
