If you only do one thing

We know time is tight, so here is just one activity you could do with your class before or after watching the broadcast.

Horrid Henry hot seating LIT 2-07a, EXA 2-12a

Ask your class to imagine they are going to interview Horrid Henry. Split the class into pairs, and create three questions to ask Henry, such as what he does, why he behaves the way he does, or whether he would like to change. Ask a volunteer to pretend to be Henry and to sit in the 'hot seat'. Each pair should ask Henry one of its questions, and the pupil in the 'hot seat' should respond in role. Pupils can take turns asking questions and pretending to be Henry.
