New Writers Awards 2018 Category: Children’s and Young Adult Fiction in English and Scots
There are two awards for the Children's and Young Adult Fiction category
Children's and Young Adult fiction is defined as prose or short stories for which the primary audience is under the age of 18. We are interested in a wide range of writing, including for picture books, middle grade novels, YA novels and more.
For applicants submitting a picture book manuscript: The panel can only consider your writing and any supplementary illustrations cannot be attached to this form. If you have any queries about this please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
You can submit writing in both Scots and English in this category, as well as submissions that use a combination of both languages.
