Scottish Friendly Children’s Book Tour with Children’s Laureate Anthony Browne

Scottish Book Trust and Scottish Friendly are delighted to announce that we are bringing the Children’s Laureate, Anthony Browne to Fife, Angus, Aberdeenshire and Moray in May 2010.

Anthony Browne is an internationally recognised author and illustrator of children’s books, with nearly forty titles to his name including the visually stunning Gorilla (1983) and Voices in the Park (1998). He has been awarded both the Kate Greenaway Medal and the Kurt Maschler Emil Award. In 2000 he became the first British illustrator ever to win the Hans Christian Andersen Award and is the current Children’s Laureate.

Join Anthony for an interactive event about using your eyes, ears and imagination to create pictures as well as playing his fun Shape Game.
