SynopsisHorrible Histories is a long-running series of children's history books "with the nasty bits left in". The books were broken down into little chunks of cartoons, snippets and stories that ranged from the repulsive to the inane. Each had an alliterative title, like The Angry Aztecs, The Groovy Greeks, The Rotten Romans, and The Villainous Victorians.
