Writer in Residence

The Museum of Scottish Ligthhouses teamed up with Fraserbrugh Academy and poet Knotbrook Talyor to provide poetry sessions for students at the Academy and a local Primary School. Aimed at improving literacy and confidence levels of students making the transition from primary to the Academy, the sessions resulted in the production of lighthouse poems for a competition. The winners read their poems at a reading as part of the local Wordfringe festival.
