Review:
This book is packed full of fun, magic and adventure. It is an inspiring read. Gracie Gillypot is rescued from her evil stepfather and stepsister by a bat. But when Foyce (her stepsister) discovers Gracie has gone, she sets after her. This book has interesting characters like Lady Lamorna, Prince Marcus and his teacher Professor Scallio, who are all very well described. My favourite character is Gubble. He is Lady Lamorna's servant. I like him best because he is very funny. My favourite part is when Prince Marcus wants to ride out with his brother the next day, but first has to do his lines given to him by Professor Scallio. He is so angry, but when he does go out later he runs into Marlon the bat. Their adventures take them far from their homes. I think this book is amazing, funny and a brilliant read. I know that you want to know more, but if I do tell you anything else I would probably give things away so read it and I can assure you that you will love it.
