Review:
The book I was reading was The Robe of Skulls by Vivien French. It was amazing I couldn’t put it down. She really got you hooked. I loved the characters, like a troll with a grudge, the heroic Gracie Gillypot, Prince Marcus and Glee his pony, two chatty bats Marlon and Millie, the wickedest stepfather and stepsister ever, and some very ancient crones.
I thought her characters were amazing. The story was fast-moving and a wildly entertaining tale, with the characters, who are good, bad and very, very ugly. The Robe of Skulls will enchant all those who like their stories a little bit different.
