Review:
This novel has a basic plot and is easy to understand.
Ross is killed by a car and some people believe it was suicide but his friends refuse to accept it. One of them, Sim, is furious about Ross' funeral. He thinks it wasn't good enough and accuses everybody of mistreating Ross at some point.
Sim is aggressive and obstinate, whereas Kenny, one of Ross' other friends is slow minded but lively. Blake, the main character is shy and self concious.
Together, the three friends try to do things the way they think Ross would have wanted by getting revenge for him against his worst enemies and giving him a proper funeral. They decide taking Ross to Ross would be a good idea. Together they travel to the south-west of Scotland with a small amount of money and Ross' urn containing his body. Their three day journey worries many people and Ross' family are devastated his urn has been stolen.
The main themes of this book are friendship, justice and loyalty.
