Review:
Manfred the Baddie Written by John Fardell The story is about a boy called Manfred and he is bad. He catches good inventors to build machines for him. He is very naughty because he takes pictures from art galleries, he robbed planes and he stole expensive stuff from a ship. One night he felt sick and he decided that he was going to be good because he had no friends to help him. When he turned good he helped the inventors and the people in the town. My favourite part is when Manfred turned good and helped the town. I liked this book because it has colourful pictures drawn in a comic book style. I think it should win because it is a funny story, with a funny ending that children aged between six and eight would like to read.
