Review:
I liked First Aid for Fairies and other Fabled Beasts because it's full of adventure. It is a good book and you can get stuck in to it because of the thrilling adventures that the characters went on, and you could feel like you were one of the characters. Helen was not at all pleased when a fabled beast called Yann turned up at her mother's veterinary surgery because she has no interest in becoming a vet like her mother. Rather, she wants to become a musician. I felt like Helen in the book because Helen is brave and musical, a bit like me. I would like to be Rona because she can turn into a seal and seals can swim very well and breathe underwater. The book was the most enjoyable out of the three books. I liked meeting Lari Don at the Royal Mail Book Awards Shortlist as well as listening to the other authors' stories. I liked the front cover when it was pink but I think the new cover looks better because not only girls have to read this book but boys as well, and so it is more appealing to boys. I hope you liked my book review, and you will try and read First Aid for Fairies and Other Fabled Beasts.
