Review:
DarkIsle grabbed me by my long hair and spun me round.To be honest with you the title and the scary front cover intimidated me a bit because I am used to reading happy,real-life and animal stories.However I really enjoyed this book,I felt that the characters were so realistic that I wanted to jump in with them.I felt that I could escape into the book,it was compulsive reading very magical and had wonderful descriptions.My favourite character was Aldiss because he was unintentionally funny, a bit silly,sympathetic and wackey like me! My least favourite characters were Mephista and Devlish because they were very scary and wicked.My favourite part was when they all got roles and went to save Morag and take the Eye of Lornish to where it belonged! The scariest part was when Devlish and Morag had a fight because Morag had the Eye of Lornish and Devlish wanted it back! The story was about good and evil and you will have to read it to find out who wins!
