Review:
Dark Isle Dark Isle was written by DA Nelson. It is a weird and wonderful book because it contains all sorts of extinct animals, witches, wizards and humans. The smartest animal in the book is Bertie the dodo. The least intelligent is Aldiss the rat. Morag the human is orphaned by Jeremy and Moira. I think they orphaned her for a slave. It all started by Morag not doing the dishes the night before. Morag tried not to wake Jeremy or Moira up while she walked silently down the stairs. When she got down stairs she started the dishes but the floorboards were squeaky and the pots and pans rattled about. Moria woke up and sleepily walked down the stairs. When she caught Morag doing the dishes from the night before she had a fit. Jeremy woke and came raging down the stairs. Morag was put in the cellar. When she was in the cellar she heard voices and a bird and a rat on a mission to free Shona the dragon. This book gave me a clear picture the whole way through and for that reason I would give this book a 10/10.
