Review:
Crash is about a boy called Bobby whose father, Gordon Berlin, collapses on a train on the Tay Bridge. When he wakes up he thinks he is a fourteen year old boy from Dundee called Dodd Pollen and its 1977. While his father's behaviour strangely becomes increasingly more violent, Bobby and his friend Mary Mooney try to get his dad's memory back. When his dad goes missing, Bobby and Mary follow him and the story turns into a roller coaster of fear, friendship and sometimes having t do the completely extraordinary. Crash is a good, exciting book with an amazing ending. It is unusual and mysterious and you don't know what's going to happen. It is quite complicated with surprising twists and turns and I didn’t want to put it down. I recommend Crash to older readers, both boys and girls (even my mum enjoyed reading it!)
