I like Stick Man because his wife is nice because I like her skirt. I think his journeys were hilarious. He didn't like his journeys because they were really rough. I liked the kids. I liked their hair.

I like the part when Elfie is taken into the Pig and Whistle orphanage. Elfie asks Pa Bigsby to help her find father. She had some treasures kept in a bag that belonged to her mum and her dad. Ivy dosen't like Elfie and Elfie dosen't like her. My favourite treasures are the brooch with the Diamond, emerald, amethyst, ruby, emerald, sapphire, topaz! I also liked the bit where she had a card and ran down to Florrie who used to be a orphan at the Pig and Whistle. She works in the pub for them. Her father used to be in a place in Canada. I do hope that Elfie finds her father? I also hope Ivy and her become friends again. I thougt it was great.

I liked the bit when Manfred stole one of the pictures. I think it was called the Mona Lisa.
If he did that in real life he would go to jail.
I also liked the bit at the end of the book when he sneaks out to do more bad things.
One of the men looks like he has two heads in the drawing because he is looking so fast.
This book is good for normal , naughty children !

I have recently listened to a book being read called 'Stick Man' by Julia Donaldson. The book's illustrations were fantastic.
The main character is Stick Man himself. He has lots of adventures and amazing experiences. My favourite part is when a special someone saved the day and Stick Man returned home to the family tree.
I think it was a great book and I give it 10/10. Most children would enjoy this story especially at Christmas time.
