Alison Belsham is a best-selling author of eight crime novels, including the Tattoo Thief series, the Afghan Adventure series written in collaboration with her brother, Nick Higgins, and the DI Lexi Bennett series. Her writing career kicked off when she won Bloody Scotland’s Pitch Perfect competition in 2016, pitching the first book in the Tattoo Thief series. This went on to become an international bestseller, translated into 15 languages.
